• Implementation of technical skills training system – including Training Within Industry and Job Instruction methodology;
• Technical trainings program management (Internal Technical Academy for Mechanics) – including Electrical professional qualifications, Pneumatics, Glue system appliances, Linx printers, Powder materials’ mechanics, Fork lift truck – maintenance, Fork lift truck – maintenance, Craned maintenance;
• Implementation of shift handover procedure;
• Implementation of operational meetings on production area (Production Leaders Coaching);

Responsibilities:
• Implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance strategy;
• Maintenance Team Management;
• Supervision of planed maintenance tasks;
• Analysis and reduction of production lines stoppages;
• Implementation and supervision of small defects removing system;
• Optimization of maintenance resources (workers, time, spare parts, tools);
• Cooperation with R&D – new product tests;
• Accordance with IFS/BRC standard in maintenance activity.

Responsibilities:
• Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance idea (5S, KAIZEN, Autonomous Maintenance, SMED, Planed Maintenance, Team Work) in polish plants;
• Building of TPM structure;
• Creating TPM Masterplan and yearly schedule;
• Agree TPM goals and Masterplan with Plants Management;
• TPM implementation in parent plant in Poland;
• TPM training for employees;
• Know - how support for TPM Coordinator in subsidiary plants in Poland;
• Supervision of TPM implementation in subsidiary plants in Poland;

Responsibilities:
• Management Consulting,
• Planning, implementation and supervision of HACCP System;
• Planning, implementation and supervision of ISO 9001 System;
• BRC/IFS training for Auditors;
• Preparing Management System to the certification process;
• Conducting internal audits of Management System.
