• Optimize O-I’s total cost of ownership while providing information technology service management and delivery which meet or exceed customer expectations within the region supporting 35 Plants and 5 HQs
• Develop and maintain relationships with local information technology partners including providers of hardware, software, and IT services (based upon global standards and agreements).
• Input into the Development, management, measurement, and forecasting of telecommunications and infrastructure budget & forecast.
• Define clear responsibilities for service delivery of infrastructure items with GSD organization.
• Aligns and deploys resources to business requirements and priorities
• Work with Global domains in order to define O-I’s global telecommunications and infrastructure standards.
• Actively drive standards which reduce infrastructure cost accountability for Infrastructure Asset databases.

•Administer teams activities – vacations, work schedules, personnel reviews, etc,
•Manage O-I’s Intel servers, storage, operating and monitoring systems. Optimize O-I’s total cost of ownership while providing information technology service management and delivery which meet or exceed customer expectations within the region supporting 37 Plants,
•Develop and maintain relationships with local information technology partners including providers of hardware, software, and IT services (based upon global standards and agreements),
