- Brand Guardians of all things Social Media
- Implements all Social Media presence and initiatives for Recruitment and Marketing team
- Leads the teams with Digital Initiatives sought from the market
- Mentors weaker members of the Recruitment teams in order to gain better response from online content
- Creates Candidate Attraction and Marketing Plans for individual Business Divisions
- Use StartUp and Digital Leaders for Inspiration and continuously train the Recruitment and Marketing teams on new initiatives from global Digital Leaders
- Responsible for team-building and employee engagement initiatives
- Leads online activities for the teams – online campaigns, virtual job fairs, virtual events and others
- Attend StartUp events like Warsaw Block, Warsaw StartUp Awards and FuckUp Nights
- To work in a networking capacity both online and in person by meeting and connecting with the most successful Digital leaders in Poland through online and personal activities
