- Leading strategy, vision and execution for the operations in CEE
- Responsible – budget execution and P/L for the terminal/production plant
- Ensuring organic grow of the organization
- Oversee operations, and daily workflow at the plant

- Involved in all aspects of sustainable plant run (operations, IT, HR)

- Oversee the supply chain from origination to customers
- Responsible for team of internal product/raw material movements
- Managing transportation team for Africa and CEE (SEA/LAND)
- Develop/Lead -> customer service – center (taking call-offs from customers, front desk)
- Taking part in developing IT system and tools necessary for efficient run
- Organizes/Confirms central production plan for the factories in origin based on demand/stock planning tools.
- Direct supervision over distribution in CEE, supporting role for all other warehouses in company
- Central vocal point / contact person between origin operations and commercial HQ.
- Involved and leading in logistics projects to improve efficiency in supply chain, production and stock levels (cost, time, resource waste).
- Keeps track of operational activities in the chain on daily basis and reports on regular basis on these flows (to Director of Supply Chain).
- Supporting role from supply chain perspective for selected key customers (global)

- Responsible for building lean and operationally excellent supply chain organization in CEE
- Optimizing planning, inventory management and be the link between customers and operations for the responsible markets
- Leading the negotiation with third party logistics, warehouse and transportation companies
- Ensuring metrics and KPI’s are set and followed for the efficiency of the overall business and taking ownership of improving these results
- Leading and participating in the various projects
- Taking the responsibility for the management of change as result of improvement projects
- Be the key contact for communication between other corporate divisions / departments / manufacturing plants / locations
- Driving employee development and succession planning across the supply chain organization
- Supply chain coordination for IVory Coast and Ghana plants

Office for Eastern and Central Europe

- representing CEE in global supply chain work stream for cocoa products
- coordination with internal / external parties (locations, partners, customers)
- gathering and analyzing information to insure competitive position of company
- cooperation with customers
- implementation of ERP environment in local office (modeling environment + local employees trainings)
- different projects - logistics/commercial side
