Propose and initiate actions in order to improve the quality within the team
Perform root cause analysis of common data processing problems
Manage client and buiness ad-hoc queries and requirements
Formulate project plans that assess resources requirements and time scales for execution to ensure overall project timescales can be met

Takie ownership of analytical projects end to end from exploring data, generating hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results
To be up to date with SOPs and indentify potentatial changes
Support and coach junior analysts, deliver internal trainings
Identify, analyze, and lead process improvements on continual basis

Follow data submission evaluation process for client's data collection kits in the region
Perform data mining using ETL, data mining, and data warehouse techniques and methods
Prepare compensation, benefits, and policy reports for regional products ready for publication
Maintenance of products' data in data warehouse

Forecast, monitor, review and help to understand the performance and success of internal marketing campaigns
Monitor and provide supply chain forecasting requirements, scheduling product supply to optimize stock availability, analysing variances in order to prevent & minimise out of stock situations
Complete analytical work related to the regular and ad hoc reports generated or requested by Sales Director, Marketing Manager, and Purchase Director
PoC for any data requests, insights, analysis and support any data and reports requriments

Deliver trainings on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), HTML/CSS, Computer Literacy to institutional employees and individual clients
Prepare input to trainings and detailed plans of delivered trainings and certification progress
