Business Development Manager

• Represent company internally and externally
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
• Support processes and projects to realize intended strategic and tactical goals and objectives of the company.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Central Material Planning
-Guarantee components availability in line with market demands for EMEA Group Supply Units
-Set and share Target with Supply Units according to EU targets
-Monitor and follow up on weekly base stock development
-Defining actions to get right level of stock
-Manage relations with Suppliers to ensure that Company needs are in accordance with suppliers capacity through regular meetings and calls
-Allocation management in case of shortages in accordance to market priorities
-Supporting development and ramp up of VMI and Consignment Stock/ Bonded Warehouse together with central organization and afterwards integrate the day-to-day business in the material planning organization
-Coordinate phase in/out processes with suppliers, Local material planners and purchasing minimizing obsolescence exposure
-Share with supplier monthly and budget volumes to drive Liability and Flexibility processes
-Mitigate express freights amount
-Support Purchasing in Supply Chain Service Level Agreement definition
-Support suppliers to improve their delivery performance
-Monitor and ensure on time deliveries of supplies with relevant measurement and performance indicators and support local material planners in problem solving activities
-To define supplier delivery performance KPIs and follow up
-To support local material planners and purchasing in pull in and spot buy activities, mitigating as much as possible extra costs for the Company
-To define material planning procedures at EU level as well as the way of
communicating towards supplier
-Drive centralization of call-off activities and set up organization under material planning
-Set and share Target with Supply Units according to EU targets
