 Assist in loading and unloading operations of goods at a transport department.
 Assist transportation department in managing and coordinating shipments.
 Resolve customer issues relating to transportation of their goods and products.
 Prepare and verify shipment documentations of outbound freight.
 Receive and verify all inbound freight documentations and bills of lading.
 Check and verify goods received at cargo as against the accompanying documents.
 Inspect goods or products received for breakages or damages.
 Track and communicate all shipments to the appropriate personnel.
 Maintain all files, transportation documents and reports in an organized manner.

 Booking of Courier at booking office.
 My responsibility for collecting packages from the local office and delivering them to the customers at their doorstep.
 Driving to delivery and/or pick up points.
 Delivering goods to recipients.
 Recording delivery and handling payments
 Making collections & Movement of goods in the Hub.
 Returning to booking office and unloading goods to Main branch.

 Report positive and constructive guest feedback to the manager.
 Directly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders, courteously, efficiently and promptly.
 Be knowledgeable of all services, facilities and products offered by the hotel.
 Coordinate with Room Service Waiter/ Waitress, Captains & Minibar Attendant.
 Promptly handle guest queries, complaints and all issues in a professional manner.
 Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives or suggestions to guests.
