- Coordinating recruitment projects within BPO/SSC sector,
- Building and maintaining professional relations with Candidates and Clients.

- Providing the full recruitment cycle for SSC, IT and production area,
- Sourcing candidates with Direct Search Method,
- CV screening, testing and conducting interviews with candidates,
- Preparing reports for clients,
- Attending job fairs on the company’s behalf, standing as a staff and talking with graduates and job seekers,
- Building own database of clients and contacts.

- Providing the full recruitment cycle for administration, production and finance area,
- Contacting clients in order to prepare job descriptions (work duties, salary and benefits of a particular vacancy),
- Creating and publicizing job advertisements,
- Sourcing candidates with Direct Search Method,
- Screening, testing, assessing and conducting interviews with candidates,
- Preparing reports for clients,
- Attending job fairs on the company’s behalf, standing as a staff and talking with graduates and job seekers,
- Attending network events and using marketing to attract suitable and potential candidates,
