Financial Analyst, WW IPG Finance, Global Expense Management
- Execution of monthly close process for Opex including actual and accrual JVs, account reconciliations, and daily expense monitoring and reconciliation,
- Reporting of Spend (MRU-based) monthly actuals and comparisons to Plan and to previous periods, with narrative of deltas and recommendations for action.
- Related forecast activities,
- Ad hoc investigation, analysis and reporting,
- Business Unit cost center support including maintenance and corrective action of reporting structure master data,
- Interface directly with business and collaborate with analysts on expenses management activities including Flash/Aspire and projects,
- Cost of the Workforce & Headcount reporting, analysis and narrative,
- CAPEX,
- Policy implementation and compliance for SOX, AFM changes, WWAS, Records Retention, etc.

• Ensuring appropriate levels of performance and quality are attained,
• Adhering to HP’s corporate guidelines while minimizing administrative costs through identifying and implementation of improvements in efficiency,
• Gathering information and analyze process information to identify areas of improvement,
• Providing Process insight/ Business knowledge to the report owners,
• Providing expertise and gives consultancy to the management team,
• Leading quality projects (Kaizen, Six Sigma & Lean projects).
