Bericap Polska sp. z o.o. is the Polish subsidiary of Bericap Germany, the leading manufacturer of plastic closures for the food and chemical industry. I have been holding the current position of Administrative and Financial Director, deputy General Manager as of December 1999. My duties comprise accounting management, financial policy implementation and management, reporting (IFRS), preparing annual budgets, controlling, monthly reporting to the group controller, supervising fleet, IT, telecommunication, security, recycling, document flow, internal information flow management.
