Position: Human Resources Manager
Main responsibilities:
• Co-creation of HR strategy in company
- implementing a system of remuneration based on the idea of goal-oriented management and achievements of employees
• Recruitment and selection - complex realization of recruitment and selection process
- co-operating with head-hunting companies to find middle and upper management personnel
• Training and development
- co-creation and implementing strategy of employee training and development based on results of periodic assessment
- planning and organizing trainings
- training effectiveness evaluation
• Competences & job descriptions
- creation and updating job descriptions and using them to create HR tools
• Creating culture of organization
- employee satisfaction survey (systematic examination of employees’ attitudes and opinions)
- creating company standards of solving conflicts, employing and dismissing personnel, periodic assessment of employees, introducing new employees to company, Exit Interview, etc.
- Creating internal communication culture - internal communication development supporting employees management
• Personnel appraisals
- creating tools to assess employees and supervising over the whole process
- participating in setting goals for employees
• Talent Management
• Helping the managers to use HR tools and deepening employees’ knowledge in the area of HR management.
• Consulting current affairs regarding employees management.
