HR Senior System Support Specialist
-Daily support of all PA/PY related activities for countries in SSC scope,
-Answer/solve complex local systems related questions according to Service level agreements,
-Manage the correct Organizational Management (OM) structure for the serviced countries in the SAP/R3 HR organization management module to ensure that Organization Management data is accurately and reliably provided,
-Ensure the provision of common local and global reports and non standard reports according to HR Service Menu,
- Organize and coordinate testing process according to global test strategy for SAP processes,
-Perform local change request management for all countries served by the SSC, incl. guidance on and coordination of all change requests in collaboration with Global HR and external providers,
-Ensure that authorizations for HR‐Systems are maintained according to global guidelines for all users in the SSC and the linked countries, manage future system requirements in co‐operation with the global support team and other global SSCs,
-Run mass data upload for HR‐Systems in order to avoid manual inputs,
-Assure the quality of automated and semi‐manual data transfers between HR‐Systems and external systems,
- Key user of Kronos WFC for the UK&IE
Timekeeping superuser role:
-Ensure timekeeping solutions delivery,
-Ensure all system settings are up to date for accurate calculation of worked and absented hours as input to payroll,
-Provide deep system expertise in timekeeping,
-Liaise with TK Business SU and resolve incidents where possible,
-Raise and follow‐up system support needs to Kronos and IT,
-Seek opportunities for system solution to enhance business performance,
-Follow‐up on issues related to system performance and escalate these through agreed channels.

- investigating, documenting and making decisions on recommended frameworks, tools (ADP GlobalView, Kronos Workforce Central), services and ways of working to attain the desired business outcomes
- driving and influencing the development for the HR processes based on the engagement of stakeholders across the organization and process landscape
- providing in¬depth analysis on the impact of the planned developments on the business and to benefit our co¬workers and leaders
- outlining plans, pre¬requisites and standards for the successful implementation of tools (ADP GlobalView, Kronos Workforce Central), services and ways of working by documenting and convincing the use of these to the involved stakeholders
- securing that tools (ADP GlobalView, Kronos Workforce Central), services and ways of working related to the processes are in line with legal requirements, are compliant and perform in accordance with global standards by engaging with the involved stakeholders
Activities include:

-Accurately maintaining the master data of IKEA co‐workers in the SAP system,
-Preparing required reports of different type of data,
-Running simulations and controlling correctness of payroll before final calculation,
-Run final payroll and perform necessary post payroll tasks,
-Contacting external bodies, entering payroll and personal data into SAP according to documents received, country specific and legal requirements,
-Taking part in transition and in creating service level agreement,
-Ensure that Personal Administration/Payroll processes are in line with global processes, legal taxation standards, collective agreements, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements.
