• Approaching and selecting candidates by phone
• Setting up interviews, meetings and conference calls with candidates

• Preparation of competency profiles of candidates
• Reference checking
• Writing and hosting job boards
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
