- managing full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidate,
- delivering regular reporting on the recruitment status,

- supporting with the on-boarding process (new employees, trainees),
- responding to employees inquiries on Polish labour law regulations, and global policies ,
- contributing to the development of the internal policies in cooperation with Legal and Expertise teams,
- supporting managers and employees in performing employee appraisals program (goals plan, End of Year Review, annual pay review system) according to the company's Performance Culture
- cooperation with the global teams within the scope of the global HR tools (implementation Workday, Peoplesoft),
- assisting with line managers on complex employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance in seeking resolution, policy interpretation advocacy,
- proactively sharing knowledge and expertise in all HR processes, ensuring documentation is correct and up to date.
- taking responsibility for all duties connected with employment of foreigners in Poland,
