Responsibilities include the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling and delivery of all
projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs
Support Internal Control Team in projects of all business areas
Monitor portfolio of projects initiated within SSC, ensure projects and their progress are documented
and information related to them is stored in a structured way

Manage the team according to the objectives
Measure and reward the performance of the team members (Determine individual objectives,
interview team and Develop team skills and knowledge regarding the group objectives)
Monitor workload of the AAs and when it is needed split responsibilities
Monitor overhours and holidays planning
Monitor AR process to ensure that it is performed on time and with good quality
Ensure continuous process improvement focused on standardization, quality improvement, cost
optimization.
Ensure that AR process is performed according to documentation (user manual & work instruction)
Guarantee the maintenance of various accounting records to ensure accurate reporting
Ensure that reporting is done on time and with required quality ( according to schedule)
Follow up and resolve the internal and external problems and litigations within competence;
Control and ensure the respect for the legal rules and internal policy;
Facilitate access to information and knowledge
Support county Manager in decision taking by providing required information
Build and maintain good customer and team relationships
Ensures delivery of high quality services meeting customers expectations
Review key performance indicators on a regular basis and follow up not met targets
Approve bank replenishments according to deadline agreed in SLA
Calculate and provide all needed KPI according to agreed deadlines

Sales reporting for Board of Directors and Sales Department
Margin analysis of finished products, profitability of orders
Cooperation with auditors during audit procedure
Cooperation with lawyer
Document verification due to establishing client’s credit risk and to assure proper form of securisation
of dues
Maintenance of third Parties Accounts Receivable records in SAP System
Collection of due amounts receivables from customers
Accounts Receivable reporting
Providing and supervision over credit policy realization
