Working with airports, back-office, operations and IT, identifying root cause of delays; work with Operational Excellence team, Regional Operations teams, various Finance Back Offices and IT to remove limitation to performance, identify and embed best practice globally within the Aviation data capture process. Gather data to create meaningful MI (league tables, significant issues, improvements) and develop a reporting package for the Aviation Leadership Team and Regional Leadership Teams. Global stand-alone role within Finance Organization.

Treasury Back Office CEE/Russia

Support and coordination of GSAP implementation within TBO for CEE countries. Administrating and providing trainings for end users, cooperation with local business, solving issues basing on previous experience from IT project. Applying Streamline global GSAP solutions to specifics of CEE TBO processes. Assistance and cooperation with two other SMEs.

Treasury Back Office Italy

Supporting and coordinating GSAP implementation for TBO Italy: acting as a focal point and an expert for accounting and process knowledge for external and internal GSAP teams; supporting of all project phases; solving project and process related issues with cooperation of internal/external parties; escalating problems; working with the business to develop and implement efficient process’ solutions; mapping legacy accounts; preparing testing scenarios; participation and sign-off for internal tests; close cooperation with Treasury Manager on setting up new banking landscape; cooperation with local Italian bank – solving issues, seeking explanations; setting up and activating remote banking service provided by local bank for Shell Italia entities; cooperation with E-banking Manager on adding local bank to BCS interface and automatic posting of local banks’ statements to SAP; delivering trainings to end users across countries FR/IT; seeking solutions for non-standard processes not predicted by streamline; collaborating with banks; working with business on closing guarantees and moving transactions between bank accounts; preparing procedures; maintaining and updating GSAP process documentation;

Accounts Payable Controls&Reporting

Monitoring and control of AP processes within EPE project (countries portfolio Great Britain; Ireland; Netherlands; Norway; Italy): preparing different types of reports; statistics and other data analysis; calculating the KPIs for AP performance; monthly and quarterly reconciliations of accounts; SOAR data maintaining; effective communication with the business to develop and implement efficient process; Q-end/IG focal point; close cooperation with TBO, GL and AR teams; taking part in the migration of AP processes

Accounts Receivable Cash Application

Ongoing cash collection; preparing reports; implementing accounting data according to standards set; effective communication with customers; investigation and resolving of unallocated receipts

Internship within the frame of AIESEC’s project “Eurogmina”

Collaboration with an American trainee; preparing English version of Brzesko’s website, translation of materials for promotional leaflets and investment offer in Promotion and Economic Development Dept.; making presentations in local schools, participating in seminars and conferences.
