Product Manager, Key Account Manager

- complex management of purchase and production process (workwear)- organization, control and implementation;
- management of selected tenders- preparing pricing, all required documentation, preparing P&L files- calculating accurate margin;
- managing warehouse stock and goods rotation (according to lean manufacturing principles);
- preparing sales and costs plans according to financial analysis and being responsible for its fulfillment (price policy, margins);
- preparing bespoke products for customer under their requirements (design, cost level, time schedule), cooperation with designers and technologists;
- contracts negotiations;
- sourcing of materials, components on the market (European and Asian);
- current cooperation with producers, suppliers (production process control);
- day-to day management of Key Account Managers and Customer Service.

Product Manager
- complex management of the entire product line life cycle- both men and ladies accessories for Reserved brand (17 product groups in total, 1 500 models per season);
- defining product strategy and its vision for each season by preparing business analysis, reviewing customer needs, competitor’s behaviors and upcoming fashion trends;
- preparing price policy for all product groups, as well as price management in all Reserved stores, including export markets (price corrections, promotions, sale);
- day-to-day management of multifunctional team of 15 people- designers, fashion buyers, specialists and assistants- planning and work organizing to keep effective production process, motivating, building relationships;
- managing all order’s budget, its time placement, aberrations control;
- performance of semi-annual employee appraisals;
- participation in recruitment processes;
- cooperation with Marketing and E-commerce Department- effective product promotion and communication (newsletters, photo sessions, main campaigns);
- managing all cost budgets of the division;
- cooperation with Planning and Forecasting Department- building product assortment, analyzing sales potential of every product group, defining time schedule of deliveries, fixing size break ups, building the stock level;
- cooperation with Visual Merchandising Department- effective and attractive product location in the stores;
- attending fashion exhibitions in Europe and Asia, shopping trips.
