Responsibilities:
- posting matched receipts to SAP,
- clearing open items,
- dealing with queries and communicating with relevant department
for immediate solutions,
- maintaining accurate account receivables related bookings
in company’s records,
- diagnosing systems errors and implement corrections,
- storing data to SAP and AR Collect,
- reconciliations on data error,
- verification payments in SAP,
- preparing data sheets in excel files
