• To manage all aspects of the supplier approval processes, audit and visit programmes, visas, supply chain control, supplier performance evaluation and action plans for a portfolio of Raw material (Cereals) suppliers
• To manage a team of qualified auditors where necessary (or a competent external resource) to ensure the suppliers in the portfolio are managed according to DBN Quality and Food Safety departmental procedures, and in compliance with certification for ISO22000
• To manage the advice and verification of quality and food safety aspects in the specifications with R&D Specification Writers, together with the agreement of suppliers in the portfolio
• To represent the portfolio in Category meetings and other project discussions, to align with and support agreed business priorities, and to be the first point of contact for stakeholders regarding any issues relating to the portfolio
• To encourage and support other team members in the portfolio to develop and broaden their skills to use in the supply chains of different raw materials supply chains where applicable and/or where directed
• To support other PMs to perform the activities required of the Foods/Milks Supplier Quality Management team by linking with (being the principal technical contact for) specific suppliers outside the portfolio, and being responsible for the day to day management of those suppliers in accordance with and described in the procedures
• In cooperation with other groups within DBN support/manage the construction of supply chains for materials in accordance with the requirements for approval and control as defined in the procedures
• Where appropriate, supervise and monitor the process of growing, harvesting, handling and storage of agricultural origin raw materials by performing activities as described in the QFS SQ procedures
• Support the Manufacturing Plants in solving quality problems by providing a full support service (point of contact and knowledge resource)

•Being part of the Supplier Quality Development department and playing a key role in the execution and compliance of the procedure described by Danone relating to the supply of raw materials for Cereals & Ingredients. This includes the development, control, and validation of raw material supply chains through Food safety visa validation, audits, visits, inspections, reporting, and material monitoring activities.
•Key Accountabilities
- Monitor the quality performance of material supply chains via audits, inspections reports etc. including the collection and assessment of quality data of raw materials produced by suppliers.
- In cooperation with other Danone departments, support the construction of supply chains for materials in accordance with the requirements for food safety and traceability.
- Supervise and monitor the total process of producing raw materials of agricultural & dairy origin intended for babyfood with the highest food safety standard.
- To prepare and perform audits of suppliers of raw materials in accordance with risk categorization plan and to follow up Corrective Actions and Risk 1 observations to suppliers resulting from such audits.
- Collect and keep records of cereal farms, treatments, stores, ingredients & dairy factories etc. and traceability so that they are available to the Quality, Product Development and Production Department.
- To provide a full service for the Manufacturing Plants associated with delivered raw materials, supplier chain and information about suppliers.
- Advise on the approval of suppliers according to Danone Baby Nutrition requirements and supply relevant data for the periodical assessment of suppliers.
-Manage processes to arrive at a multi-sided and mutually beneficial agreement.
-Analyze situations in terms of opportunities and risk for the company and promote high quality standards through analysis and determine concrete and viable recommendations to problems that may arise.
-Co-operate with other team members, but also work independently and propose solutions when identifying a risk to prevent it.
- Min. 70% of working out of the office (international business trips).

• supervision over Certificates of Quality Analysis of every produced batch,
• preparing and administration of the company’s internal and external web pages containing all quality certificates and documents,
• samples and certificates management,
• releasing products to international markets,
• carrying out activities in case product is not consistent with standards,
• cooperation with the company’s Central Laboratory to carry out quality monitoring including microbiology, nutrients, residues and contaminants programs,
• collaboration with Research&Development and Marketing departments on a current basis as well as taking part in developing and launching of new products projects;
• preparing monthly and yearly complaints and quality monitoring reports;
• sensory evaluation, physical-chemical analysis;
• collaboration with other departments to improve the quality;

• being in charge of the total production process, improvement, quality (ISO, HACCP, GMP, GHP, industrial safety), safety performance of the facility,
