- Conducts the projects, respecting the objectives defined in terms of cost, timeline, quality and profitability from design phase up to serial production. Conducts projects during modification phases for live products.
- Ensures technical interface with customer during the whole project, from design phase up to serial production and also during modification phase for serial live products.
- Ensures project management with transverse and functional coordination with dedicated plant teams (engineering, plant designer, quality, purchasing) and technical centers (CAD residents, labs, experts…) in order to honor projects major steps
- Elaborates and presents the investment case of the project in coordination with sales
- Handles project risks (quality, costs, timeline, feasibility), defines related action plans and follows up their implementation
- Completes project indicators, completes and updates the cost follow up, the project planning, variance analysis
- Organizes and leads project reviews to ensure industrial feasibility, process optimization and reach of objectives in terms of cost, quality, deadlines for internal and external customers
- Handles prototype phases includig sales area, within profitability rules

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSABILITIES
- New production process development, with the respect of project targets (surface, performance, throughput, efficiency, cost, delivery time).
- Administration of the R&D budget (orders, SAP, cost tracking, suppliers contract)
- Support implementation of the new process.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT.
- Coordination of samples/trials/tests/ related to development of a new product.
- Management of timing & cost of the project (use of MCS project software).
- Provide support to the engine cooling expert and the core team for customer expertise and requests.

- Provide production and non production materials and services.
- Right materials in right time, and quantity.
- Maintain good relation with internal and external suppliers.
- Preparation of work instructions.
- Development of logistic department.

Work based on ERP system
