Projects:
• Being an entry/filtering point for projects within TBLO (Transaction Banking Local Operations)
• Coordinating projects within TBLO and any possible overlapping departments, especially in payment related tasks.
• Being backup for Team Heads with regard to project involvement and supporting Team Heads in setting‐up and formalizing new processes.
• Supporting Head of Operations in all operational tasks ﴾KPIs / cockpit, procedural framework maintenance, etc.﴿ and in projects she/he is responsible for.
Controls:
• Handling all monthly and quarterly 2nd Level Controls within TBLO and reporting to OPC (Operational Risk & Permanent Control).
• 2nd level certification of month’s end account balances, allocated to Operations and report to local Finance
• Updating 2nd Level Controls in agreement with Head of Operations, TBLO and local OPC/Paris
• Potential Incident Reporting together with OPC.
Other activities:
• Nostro accounts opening/closure coordination with various stakeholders (internally/externally).
• Support other departments with topics like COT / value dates / country set-up.
• Support Cash Management with payment related topics
• Participating in monthly calls (HUB / EMEA Operations and/or others).
• Compliance to regulatory reporting requirements and internal guidelines.

Handling customers and internal payment orders:
• Performing check of compatibility for all manual payment orders
• Managing blocked payments due to lack of funds on customers account.
• Liquidity management on the customer accounts.
• Close cooperation with internal partners (risk department, business centers) in order to process all blocked transfers within cut off times.
• Participating in group projects (implementation of new products, process improvements, assist in developing solutions)

Acting as support for payments processing HUB in Lisbon as well as for the local Customer Service Desk Team:
• Resolving and assisting in all kinds of payment related issues caused by incorrect handling (technical problems, missing the cut off times, human errors) or based on customer request (value date readjustment, credit confirmation).
• Handling communication with other banks via fax or via SWIFT messages.
• Active cooperation with internal customers in order to resolve issues with payments handling.
Handling customers and internal payment orders:
• Liquidity management on the customer accounts.
• Managing blocked payments due to lack of funds on customers account.
• Close cooperation with internal partners (risk department, business centers) in order to process all blocked transfers within cut off times.
• Performing check of compatibility for all manual payment orders
Handling blocked payments (compliance first level):
• Managing blocked SEPA and SWIFT payments, stopped due to possible connection with Embargo/Sanctioned countries.
• Managing of "anti-money laundering tools" (SHINE/ FIRCOSOFT/ BLACK LIST), in close cooperation with local Compliance Team.

Responsibilities:
• Processing interbank transfers via SWIFT, SEPA credit transfer, SEPA direct debit (both, domestic and international)
• Verifying payments orders in the system and ensure their proper execution
• Supporting Accounting team in reconciliation duties and discrepancies in account balances
• Daily contact with branches located abroad
• Proactively participating in group projects (implementation of new products, process improvements, assist in developing solutions)
• Active attending to issues and queries raised by clients or third banks (conducting recalls, investigations via SWIFT)

Responsibilities:
• Active participation in automating crediting analyze process for individual customers
• Handling different system improvements
• Resolving bugs within programs cods
• Performing various tests of existing and as well new systems.

Corporate Credit Analyze Department Team of Credit Analyze for Small and Medium Enterprises
Responsibilities:
• Preparing analysis of economic and financial situation of entities,
• Estimating credit risk,
• Customizing the relevant loan collateral,
• Taking credit decisions based on consolidated financial statements and history of relationship with bank.
