-To perform a role of key contact for the customers approaching SSC on
HR related topics.
-To handle all incoming queries and ensures that the
customer receives proper answer, information or service.
-To contribute to the high standard quality of service provided to an Affiliate from
an HR perspective by handling activities such as audit of HR system
data critical for payroll and preparation of contracts and other
documentation.
-HR Customer Representative provides key first contact support for
migrated countries, with comprehensive and reliable information from
different HR areas and handle all incoming queries (phone calls,
e-mails, workflows) based on PMI quidelines/policies/procedures.
-Proactively follow-up on end to end resolution of all cases related to
the assigned country(ies), ensures services are delivered efficient
and timely and meets or exceeds.
-Performs audits data critical for payroll, prepares employee contracts and employee related documents.

My duties of Web Tool Support team:

-Daily on-line customer service;

-Solving technical problems concerning accesses of the customers' portal;

-setting up and activating accounts of new customers

-technical support and solving problems concerning funcionality of users' portal

-management users' data in the SAP system

-providing accesses and editing/changing users' profiles

-providing ESAP and CITRIX accesses to new employees;

-adding new ESAP transactions to the users's profiles;

-solving technical problems concerning the ESAP functionality;
