Global Travel & Expenses Lead
Develop, maintain, and administer Global Travel Policy allowing for cultural and regional differences with cross functional coordination as needed.
Monitor travel and expense related policy compliance and recommend strategies to improve compliance
Ensure existing local T&E policies adhere to the Global T&E policy, are consistent and up to date
Assume responsibility for global governance and compliance of the T&E, Concur based, process including activity split
Design and implement common reporting on the T&E process
Ensure consistent audit of the T&E process, incl. tools and reporting
Owner and gate keeper for all IT configuration/change requests to the Concur system in order to ensure process harmonisation along the template implementations
Owner of the T&E process training material for key-user community, accountable for keeping the training documentation is updated with all system updates and new releases
Collaborate with BPA (-s) to plan, test and deliver changes to the system.
Identify design/test and implements standardization/ automation projects that will generate productivity and/or simplification for end-users.
Ensure all master data elements are consistently configured and maintained including close cooperation with Global and local HR representatives
Act as the point of contact for senior stakeholders in operation country to maximize customer satisfaction for the operation country, align on priorities and ensure timely execution of key actions agreed.
Cooperate closely with Global Business Process Owner for Backoffice for any process change and Concur technical enhancements

• Participate in Transition -, Process Management -, and Steering Committee Meetings
