• Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation & justification
• preparation of internal SOX controls
• bank accounts monitoring and reconciliation
• migration of new entities into scope

• CIT estimation calculation
• Deferred tax calculation
• Trial Balance review; variances analysis to identify differences and define follow up actions
• monthly statistical reporting to National Bank of Slovakia and Statistical Office of Slovak Republic
• running, monitoring and coordination of accounting operations for the client
• Trial Balance preparation, BS and P&L analysis
• coordination & participation in External Statutory Audit: documentation package based on PBC lists
• assessment of internal SOX control reports
• stabilization of processes after company split
• coordination of MEC processes
• audit adjustments for the FS
• settlement of VAT & CIT and other local taxes
• supporting client in closing of the entity
