Senior Recruitment Partner
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Work with stakeholders to promote the recruitment process.
• Update stakeholders and hiring managers on the status of their requisitions.
• Building a working relationship with Sourcing Partners and Recruitment Coordinators to deliver efficient and timely results on all projects.
• Lead engagement meetings, catch up calls and associated calls with Honeywell Stakeholders including the recruitment leadership and HR to fulfil requisition requirements within defined SLAs parameters.
• Manage escalations and conflict in line with procedures aiming for a “win/win” resolution.
• Manage the provision of comprehensive and timely feedback to candidates.
• Prepare and place external adverts.
• Place offers with candidates.
• Pre-employment screening.
• Onboarding candidates.
• Mentoring new staff to ensure they are embedded into the business effectively.

- liaising with Hiring Managers to obtain any missing information and to ensure required vacancy approvals are actioned,
- uploading job adverts onto internal portals and external job boards as required,
- arranging interviews, conducting phone & face to face interviews,
- short-listing appropriate Candidates,
- providing feedback and reporting activities,
- building a positive image of Hays CoE as an employer.
