Internal Control Specialist
- developing and maintaining a policy framework (based on best practises), and drafting all relevant policies and procedures that are needed for a proper internal control environment,

Spanish Customer Service Team Leader
1. Providing customer service (chat, e-mail, phone) in Spanish, English and Polish.
2. Coordinating the Spanish language group and executing all of the administrative tasks such as:
- reacting to current group’s problems; the analysis of problems reported and pointing out any potential ways of solving them,
- creating the group’s schedule on a monthly basis and the analysis of its proper execution,
- analyzing and conducting all of the projects reported by the employees of the Spanish language group,
- quality control of all conducted conversations and the execution of tasks assigned,
- detailed control of employees’ reports on a daily basis; preparing collective reports on a daily basis and reporting all of the suggested solutions,
- preparing employees’ assessment at the end of each month,
- conducting a series of meetings with employees at the beginning of each month in order to provide them with the feedback concerning their work in the assessed month,
- fulfilling all of the tasks delegated by the Help-Desk Manager,
- regular and close cooperation with administrative group and the coordinators of each language group as well as International Operations Department responsible for a given market handled by the proper language group,
- conducting training sessions inside the Department – ‘Supervisor-Trainee’ project, among other things,
- taking care of information flow in terms of training sessions’ needs, employees’ needs as well as the expectations and reactions to the steps taken by the Management Board and the Head of Department,
- acting as a mediator between the group and the Head of Department,
- identifying the directions of department’s development jointly with the administrative group; the advisory role,
- submitting applications for additional bonuses and non-financial prizes for the supervised language group,
- participating in personnel decisions that is extending contracts, terms of agreements, dismissals on disciplinary grounds, leave, etc.
