- Business development (including new sales model and strategy)
- R&D new, profitable products on place, new business development

- Product department
- 8 teams, 50 consultants/trainers, more than 200 freelancers
- Sales department – sales director, 8 regional sales directors
- 8 regional divisions - 60 KAMs and AMs
- call centre - 20 tele-sales
- Logistic - 10 employees
- European Funds Management - 60 employees in call center and regional structures

Main task:
• Managing Advisory Projects
• Taking part in interdisciplinary ERP advisory Projects
• Managing sales-cycles

Main tasks
• full responsibility for Consulting Department
o building of competency (SAP, Oracle MFG/Pro)
o operational management
o building and realization of department strategy
o budget responsibility
• Project Management
• Sales activities including offering, contracts signing, negotiations
• Marketing activities – organizing information events for prospects and currant customers, writing articles
