Implementing expanded scope processes for VMD/AP/GL, carrying out the project and its result within the framework of the project plan and project schedule, preparing the project documentation and working method, identifying and introducing improvements to the working method, reporting on the project status, planning, managing, monitoring and controlling the production work during testing, ensuring the use of agreed working methods and tools, organising kick-off meetings and workshop with business partners, training and supervising dedicated team members.

• Processing invoices for payment,
• Dealing with internal and external queries related to payments and AP processes,
• Preparing quality check reports and other AP reports (ex. KPI report)
• Handling accounting/country specific issues,
• Supporting the organization in preparing standardised process description and working
rutines (Process Description Project),
• Taking an activ part in transitions of UK&IE and Germany,
• Maintaining high quality of service
• Coaching other team members,
• Working on business process improvement,
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes (preparing accruals),
• Supporting Team Leader in daily tasks

posting of invoices with/without Purchase Order in SAP, GR/IR Clearing, Reconciliation on vendors, Travel & Entertainment, Import Duty, performing month close activities, dealing with customers queries, cooperating with the local organization.
