Spend consolidation across the group and conducting the entire strategic sourcing process. Managing internal stakeholder expectations across the group and understanding demands on supply volume, quality, delivery and cost.

Diagnosis and monitoring of the market.
Working with suppliers of raw materials.
Looking for the best sources of supply in accordance with the requirements of the company.
Vendors portfolio optimization.
Controlling of the quality and on-time delivery.
Optimization of logistics costs.
Negotiating trade agreements.
Ongoing collaboration with senior management and other departments of the company involved in the process.

-Coordinate procurement planning in regards to the accountabilities and respocibilities
-Analyzing price balance for purchased components
-Actively contributes to the development of suppliers and SC solutions with goal to achieve stability and compliance to customer's agreement with regards to supply chain
-Creates proper team-work relationship in SC

-Manages sourcing and pricing (cost reduction, local sourcing);
-Maintains system of: splits and price books; Lead Time, Min. Order Quantity, Terms of payment, Supplier Managed Inventory +
Liability rules set up with Suppliers, price queries resolution);
-Supports sales department with BOM material price reviews;
-Maintains RoHS system data on MPN level (new);
-Escalates point for shortages and other issues linked with supplier performance;
-Implements corporate strategies concerning procurement;
