Project Delivery
Cash Collection
Internal quality assurance program for Dutch, Belgian and French Cash Collection teams (about 30 people) based on a random account evaluation conducted on a daily basis and in case of an unsatisfactory result implementation of a corrective action.
Dispute Management
Complaint handling in SAP, FSCM, BASIS and Lotus Notes attending weekly and monthly calls with the clients
Call Center and Order Management
Working simultaneously in two delivery projects - entering product orders into the SAP system (orders coming in English and Dutch) and working as a help desk operator for a Dutch ironing product company.
Additional duties
Setting up a project Command Center - single point of contact for all other Capgemini departments, leading technical projects like disc migration, system testing as well as HR related activities such as checking training statistics for all teams (over 90 people), conducting introduction trainings for new employees within my project, etc.
