--> Responsible for various financial analysis for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, lenders and other stakeholders (cooperation mainly with: investors relations office, finance arrangement office, controlling as well as with communication & CSR department).

 * Last significant project completed – issuing of prospectus, secondary public offering (SPO 2014).
 * Regular reporting to public institutions

--> Creating and updating accounting policies and procedures of the group’s Accounting and Finance Shared Services Centre, supervision over the execution of main procedures influencing reporting.

-->Review and analysis of financial and accounting records of the company and group entities in order to verify the correctness of the recorded events to the extent necessary for the proper preparation of annual / interim reports and financial analysis.

--> Supervising IT systems performance (including system updates and optimization) for reporting and consolidation.

-->Creating and supervising the implementation of controlling procedures related to the construction and later development projects, oversight of budgeting and key financial indicators across the group, costs and payments controlling.
--> Participation in several restructures of the company and the group, building the organizational structure of the financial division, coordinating ongoing processes within the department and at the interface with other departments of the company and the entities in the group (sales, administration, implementation of investment projects).
