Intermountain Staffing is one of the largest staffing companies in the Intermountain West in USA.

As a Staffing Manager I recruited, hired, dispatched and coached employees on how to be successful in their job search. I maintained professional relationship with clients and visited them on site regularly.

I helped a number of candidates write their résumés which proved to be be successful with our clients. Even though it was an extremely fast paced environment, where multitasking was essential, I managed to fill orders efficiently and in a timely manner.

I also performed a variety of administrative duties such as payroll, unemployment claims, hearings participation, employment verifications, reference's checks and preparation of daily reports.

In Loydson Partners I was mainly responsible for recruitment and selection processes. I created job adverts, interviewed candidates, checked their references, wrote competency profiles and organised an assessment centre.

I also provided advisory consultations on creating applications and prepared clients for job interviews.
