Project Manager, Integrated Portoflio Management
Responsible for end-to-end complicated, cross functional new product development projects management.
•Due to demerger with KraftFoods/Cadbury project manager for complicated re-launch, cost optimization and production source change projects (products transfer from another factories to Warsaw)
•Assigned NPD projects delivered on time, inline with agreed budget and scope.
•Lead for Portfolio Optimization project –product line simplification.
•Implementing solutions aimed at improving standards and efficiency of project management (timeliness, quality, costs, resources, process).
•Managing cross functional projects teams up to 20 people, reporting status, risk and project team recommendations to the Board.

Supply Chain Project Manager
In this new established role performed a double hat role managing supply chain driven projects (production source change, capacity constrains, new solutions for supply chain, 3rd Party initiatives) and delivering supply chain track to all regional and local commercial projects.
•Involved from supply chain side in complex regional new product implementation projects (f.e. Halls re-launch) – up to 30 different type projects being managed annually.
•Lead for innovative sensitive product chilling process to extend product shelf life or projects connected with 3rd Part Manufacturing
•Expert in project documentation (project charters – defining scope & objectives, budget creation and approval process, capital investment approval process, risk & issue management, RACI resource assignment, project handover and close-out and project post-evaluation learning’s).
•Ensured sound communication and cooperation between Operations and Commercial for regional and local initiatives and projects.
•Demonstrated high degree of ability in the management of conflict/resistance to guarantee the project’s likelihood of success. Business breadth, problem solving and sound judgment skills in resolving supply chain issues.
•Rewarded score “outstanding” in his personal development process, two years in the row, by two different superiors – scored highest, available only for few percent employees within company.
•Responsible for establishing within Supply Planning, Internal Logistics, Distribution, Co-packing and Co-Manufacturing, Operations and Procurement departments the best ways of working to efficiently go through project stage & gates funnel.
•Point of contact for all Cadbury production sites globally in terms of supply chain initiatives.

•Provides clear project teams recommendations regarding medium and long term risks to the Board.
