- Contact with internal customers and providing support regarding HR topics
- Providing information regarding HR systems
- HR helpdesk process review and constant improvement

- Cooperating with local units (Germany, Switzerland, Austria)
- Data input and update in HR systems
- Providing support for Schneider Electric employees regarding HR topics
