Responsibilities:
• Work together with customers and IT stakeholders in order to provide
value added service for using automated file transfer
services(SFTP, VPN/FTP, AS2, SwiftNET),
• Foresee and minimise potential risks and implement best solutions for customers
• Supporting partners in EDI area
• System monitoring, alert tracing, issues resolution,
• Support global EDI trading partners connecting them to service platform,
• Maintaining functional and technical documentation,
• Providing technical knowledge to Technical advisors,
• Analysing existing EDI configurations and advising to technical issues,
• Knowledge of XML,EDI file formats,
• Participation in global projects (for example SEPA Migration, Edifact to XML, etc.)
