Vice President, Regional Payroll Manager EMEA
- Responsibility for overall management of payroll conversion activities to the external provider (Poland, Italy) and on-going payroll processing across EMEA (Poland, Italy, Netherlands),
- Operational and Management responsibility for Poland, Italian and Dutch Entities payroll,
- Build collaborative relationships between team members, stakeholders, customers, business partners,
- Cooperation with local Site Executives, CFO and COO,
- Managing payroll team,
- Enhance managerial tools and processes to improve the performance of others
- KPI’s,
- Ensure payroll processing is in alignment with Company Policies, internal audit requirements,
- Ensure that payroll procedures and process maps are updated accordingly,
- Oversee the resolution of hr&payroll queries,
- Operational and Management responsibility for Poland, Italian and Dutch Entities payroll,
- Build collaborative relationships between team members, stakeholders, customers, business partners,
- Cooperation with local Site Executives, CFO and COO,

European Payroll Coordinator
* Overseeing the general processing of payroll across Europe according to defined calendars
* Serving as liaison to European payroll vendor, the payroll representatives in each of the entities, and financial management.
* Supervise payroll administration staff
* Ensure payroll processing is completed according to the individual payroll schedules
* Work with In Territory Finance Representative and Office Manager/HR Coordinator to ensure approval and accuracy of payment file before processing
* Work with Treasury and Cash Management Accountant in the Global Business Services centre to confirm payments to employees have been processed and bank reconciliation has been performed
* Oversee the resolution of payroll queries
* Provide reconciliation support as required
* Participate in payroll management report development, ad hoc reporting and analysis

- Provide “Train the Trainer”, “New Employee Orientation” training sessions,
