Senior Project Manager
Managing the projects activity:
- defining the project scope with internal/external client;
- valuation and presentation of the offer to the final client;
- defining project team;
- building the schedule and maintaining key milestones;
- responsible for creating and maintaining the project in SAP and other related tools;
- ensure full support to the project team during all the stages of project;
- managing the changes during the project phase (also budgeting and placing additional
offers);
- supervision of all processes by making the meetings with departments managers or
responsible leaders;
- responsible for agreements with subcontractors;
- responsible for monthly basis meetings with top management (director, financial controller)
and presenting the financial aspects of the project portfolio;
- responsible for invoicing.
