Key Account Manager
First contact person for customer, takes ownership of multiple Jaguar and Land Rover trim programs.

Main Responsibilities:
Build up reliable customer relationship with Lear BU and External customer at decider level.

Manage Sales Account with P&L responsibility via pricing maintenance and profitability ownership.

Negotiate series projects and contracts with customer on Senior Management level.

Manage negotiations and closure of commercial issues with timely conclusion.

Improve, monitor and track programme profitability (margin improvement) from award to SOP.

Deliver program(s) with commited financial metrics.

Deliver Engineering change quotations inline with agreed customer timeline.

Negotiate Engineering change requests.

Maintain internal reporting (Plant improvement plans, growth plans, APR's, LPMP, etc.).

Support PAR approval's.

Report out programme commercial status to senior level.

Create strong link between trim plant and Lear BU/external customer.

Support material excess management.

Preparation of calculations and price offers based on engineering changes.

Preparation of calculations, cost breakdowns, analysis and price offers based on submitted requests for quote by the client.

Coordination of other company departments activities to guarantee quotation process flow.

Verification of internal, as well customer documents and data provided with requests for quote and filing them out if needed.

Offer presentation and participation in direct offer negotiations with customers.

Realization of key performance indicators.

Participation in preparation sales plans: Division Forward Plan, Forecast, Business Plan.

Cooperation with other Lear Plants to ensure common commercial standards and procedures in the global projects.

Resolving all open commercial issues in timely and effective manner while maintain positive customer relationships.
