Sales and Services Director, Dyrektor Sprzedaży i Usług, Xerox Global Document Outsourcing
On top of my previous responsibilities, I manage a direct sales team as well now. We focus on our strategic customers, offering full Xerox products and services portfolio. My team covers whole range of our direct interactions with largest Polish companies – sales and pre-sales activities, through audits and solution design to service delivery. This way our team gains significant synergies and understands our clients’ needs from every aspect. Key tasks ahead of me include recruitment and sales strategy re-definition in order to bring short and long-term results.
GDO Services and Operations Director, Dyrektor Działu Usług GDO
First line manager reporting to General Manager, member of executive core management team. Full P&L responsibility for outsourcing services sales and delivery in Poland. Managing a team of 130+ employees, including consultants, solution developers, project managers, analysts and service delivery personnel. Responsibility for outsourcing services’ national strategy development and execution. Active engagement in company’s management and direction setting. Line of business reporting to regional/global GDO executives and cooperation with multi-national account management teams. Personally leading most strategic sales opportunities in Poland.
Enterprise Sales Team Director (Strategic Accounts Operations)
First line manager reporting to General Manager. Managing (on interim basis) Strategic Accounts Operations (SAO) team including 4 existing Key Account Managers with responsibility for delivering sales targets, recruitment of new employees, territory definitions and goals setting. Defining direct sales strategy for 2014 and beyond, refreshment of Strategic Accounts list and implementing new sales-related processes.
GDO Services Director, Xerox Global Document Outsourcing
Reporting to General Manager. Managing team of 11 senior consultants, solution developer and project managers. Setting strategic goals and developing new enterprise service offerings. Demand generation, solution architecture development, client engagement and negotiations. Selling and implementing best in class sophisticated solutions on Polish market. Creating SMB focused service offerings to be delivered by authorized channel partners.
Channel Manager SMB
Reporting to Board Member, Sales&Marketing Director. Managing team of 9 Partner Managers and Telesales Specialists. Building sustainable and consistent channel strategy for full Xerox portfolio (including office and production equipment, software and services). Developing incentive programs for partners, implementing tools (loyalty program, CRM) and recruiting new partners. Revenue forecasting and responsibility for achieving given targets. Finding best Xerox and ISV’s (including local Polish players) solutions and including them in channel offering. Establishing platform for cooperation and communication among partners and with Xerox. Building value proposition for VAR’s, ISV’s and System Integrators and convincing them to joint marketing and business initiatives.
Travel & Transportation Sector Manager
Sales on following territories: life sciences, chemical industry, travel & transportation, retail, FMCG. Selling PC’s, servers, storage, software, ERP, CRM and Asset Management systems, strategic outsourcing and others. Contact with CxO’s and IT personnel. Negotiating contracts of over 15M USD a year. Managing virtual teams of up to 15 people, consisting of SME’s, product specialists, consultants and external 3rd parties in order to achieve best possible result within given time frame. Finding resources in IBM and in IBM’s business ecosystem (locally and internationally) to meet customer’s requirements. Selected customers: LOT, PKP, Polpharma, Kraft Foods, Philip Morris, Pliva, Polfa Tarchomin, PGF, Zakłady Azotowe Puławy, Metro Group, etc.
Programming Department Manager
Exclusive rights to sell satellite TV channels to cable TV and digital platforms in Poland. Active sales in whole Poland, promotion during industry events, managing financials. Represented channels: Fox Kids, Fashion TV, Mezzo, MCM, and others.
