Test Manager
Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the testing team
Developing a test strategy, plan and test cases
Managing and coordinating tests with 3rd party test teams
Managing defects uncovered
Day-by-day tracking of preparation and execution status and test progress, managing escalations, risk evaluation of test works
Obtaining sign-off on the testing phase
Management of relationship with the client, key stakeholders, subject matter experts
Organize the status meetings and send the report to the client and stakeholders
Driving and monitoring the update of the documents of understanding by test vendors

Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
Negotiate contract terms and conditions
Risk management

Establishing and building long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Responsible to identify and capture new business opportunities

2nd line support - ensuring that applications are fully prepared and integrated to be put into production (backups, start / stop scripts, documentation, etc)
Work with multiple technical teams to implement solutions, share knowledge about specific components required for applications
Solving incidents, problems and technical changes
Work directly for a big international customer (Michelin)
Managing between 1 and 5 small technical projects at the same time Interaction and communication with the customer development teams and multiple IBM services (Project Manager, Department Manager, IT Specialist, IT Architect)
