• Manage clients’ expectations via direct contact with Hiring Managers or Recruiters
• Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability for the role
• Produce timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities
• Deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively
• Managing multiple campaigns/ projects
• Undertake market mapping projects
• Mentoring and coaching the team on sourcing technologies and platforms

• Sourcing candidates for various positions at Atos Consulting (via AMS)
• Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles and creating the most effective sourcing strategy for each role
• Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability for the role
• Managing clients’ expectations via direct contact with Recruiters
• Engaging with Senior Recruiters or Managers to discuss candidates profiles

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) according to SLAs
• Advertising vacancies and candidate sourcing (on-line, social media, networking, database management)
• Leading interviews with candidates, preparing feedbacks for Hiring Managers
• Conducting phone language checks (English)
• Presenting offers to successful candidates and negotiating hiring conditions if necessary
• Liaising with Hiring Managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences
