As a General Ledger Senior Accountant:
• Transition of accounting processes from several locations in Europe to Gdańsk SSC
• Performing General Ledger tasks: postings, accounts clearing, HFM reporting
• Acting as Team Leader's deputy
• Coordinating Open Item Management project for GL department
• Reporting and resolving IDOC’s errors
• SAP Super User supporting the team in SAP related issues
• Member of Quality Assurance Team (project on KPI tool creation and maintenance)
• Delivery of onsite Excel trainings for 100+ employees (various levels)
• Support of new starters and less experiences colleagues (processes and applications)
As a Transition Coordinator:
• Supervising transition of accounting processes to the SSC including: due diligence, knowledge capture planning, process documentation, knowledge transfer (team of 6 members)
• Reporting to Transition Manager and Business Area Director
• Organizing work shadowing activities for the team
• Performance management/ Evaluation of team performance
• Administrative/ HR tasks related to transition

- Responsible for integrity and accuracy of the P&L, Balance Sheet under the supervision of the territory Financial Controller/Finance Director
- Responsible for month-end process – journals, Balance Sheet reconciliations, management reports

- Cooperation with Accounts Payables & Treasury teams
- Profit and loss accounts review for possible misspostings, checking accuracy of used cost centres
