I design a SaaS platform for synchronizing autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs) and I manage the Design System.

We build a Software ecosystem that is the core of tomorrow’s production and logistics. Using Artificial Intelligence and the latest cloud technology, help us to synchronize chaos for the factory and logistics center of the future.

Sourceful is a Dutch based company that is located in Poland and Netherlands. We help clients with their digital transformation journey of their products and services. Our focus i primarily on Financial Services and Legal industry with it over growing FinTech / LegalTech / Blockchain sector. We are member of Holland FinTech.

We offer outsourcing and nearshoring services for software development, architecture and concept design, testing and maintenance. The company culture is open-minded focus on the innovation and being one step ahead of the current market.

I'm responsible for:
- Bringing user-centered design process methods from concept to launch by creating, site maps, wireframes, visual design, prototypes for digital products;
- Handling increasingly complex and large scale projects within estimations (on time/within budget);
- Producing project analysis and estimates that are accurate, consistent, and achievable;
- Consolidation and translate research findings, team input, client needs, product strategy into authentic and Usable Interface solutions;
- Lead and delivering high-quality projects together with development team that they create a smile on the client's face;
- Implementing the Design Process into the organization so as to support sales departments in closing the deal effectively;
- Handoff Design to Development;
- Involved in strategic business, people management and development of the polish branch;
- Team building and team recruitment;
- Creating meetups and events promoting new technologies and Design techniques;
- Working with developers in reducing barriers and solving problems;
- Scrum Master and Head of Design.

Startup Weekend is a global event that integrate people with interesting ideas. I have the honor to be the main organizer of the Kielce edition. During the first edition managed to collect 84 participants, 14 mentors and 5 judges. In the organization a team of 5 people supporting me, which bravely working on good organization three-day event.

Mobisense is the first local agency in Kielce that focuses on producing mobile solutions like:
Mobile application for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, mobile and responsive web applications.

During these few years, I was able to coordinate more than 160 projects, mobile, and web.
In my work, is important to coordinate the projects, tasks for teams and control the budget and burndown charts for each project. We have completed small projects and large with a total value exceeding 3 million zloties.

I have a proven track record of user interface design, across a number of products that have been used all over the world.

My regular duties are:
- Producing end-to-end UX design deliverables based on specific UX Strategy and Design Process
- Designing digital interface, scalable design systems, intuitive interaction models, information architecture, user flows, pattern guides and micro-interactions
- Facilitating internal and external feedback and vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products
- Working with Developers to controlling projects for mobile and web;
- Preparing a presentation for developers and stakeholders
- Planning and managing projects using SCRUM methodology;
- Managing budget, times and resources of projects;
- Writing User Stories and creating useful business ideas
- Team building and people management;
- Strategic management and business analysis.

I have also helped many companies as Advisor to help them resolve business and technical problems.

Instytut OZE is a leader of the OZE sector in Świętokrzyskie and one of the leading manufacturers of water turbines. It is a modern company with an innovative approach to doing business that combines technology with IT systems.

During these few years I was able to:
- Complete the project PO IG 8.1 on the implementation of the largest portal of renewable energy sources in the country of 800,000 zł funding,
- Complete the project PO IG 8.2 on the implementation of B2B in company worth 700,000 zł funding.
- Implement new technology hardware in the form of the new HP ProLiant servers, backup devices and disk arrays like HP P8000,
- Move the company to virtualized systems like VMware, XEN Citrix and Microsoft Hyper-V,
- Carry out commercial projects for many state institutions based on software: ArcGIS API Flow3D, WindPro,
- Implement systems analysis M2M / Industrial IoT for enterprise customers,
- Negotiate financial conditions and resolve crises.

Working in Kielcedis taught me humility to work.
But it was a job which is based perform continuous and the same work on computers. Currently, I appreciate the great diversity and work in agile methodologies like SCRUM.

In Kielcedis I was responsible for the management of warehouse management systems, by sales, servers for FreeBSD, Windows Server, backupowymi systems, LAN and web sites.
