Marketing Director
Responsible for the development of the company’s marketing strategy. Participating in building an overall strategy for a the company. Report directly to CEO. Manage 5 teams B2C/B2B/UX/PR/IC with senior managers as direct reports and a total of 30 subordinates.
- Creating a number 1 brand on the national job board market,
- Realization of multichannel extensive reach campaigns in the spring of 2008 with a result of increased aided brand awareness from 70% to 82% in primary target audience,
- Optimization of processes for attracting users, retention, e-mail marketing strategy, social media presence, user experience, behavioral marketing by using cutting edge technology and implementing the newest trends on the market
- Building the brand of Grupa Pracuj as an expert and advisor on the on-line recruitment market
- Responsible for the development of international marketing strategy in Russia and Ukraine
- Introducing a new market (JobBoard 2000, Employer Branding 2000, Applicant Tracking Solutions 2006 etc.) and building its awareness among our prospective corporate clients
- Improving cross-sell, up sell B2B promotional campaigns based on business intelligence resulting in up to 25% increase in sales
- Building the synergy between different businesses and brands within the group
- Creating PR and social media presence, WOM strategies for all brands within the group
- Establishing Internal Communication standards within the company
- Creating a number 1 brand on the national job board market,
