- Support over 400 Solaris Frames Global (NAM/EMEA/APAC). Patching, build, migrate, consolidate, HW maintenance and decom.
- Preparing maintenance procedure and “How To” for L3 and L2 Frame team.

- Cooperation with Citi CATE team (Citi Architecture and Technology Engineering) regarding with Sun/Oracle products.

- Maintaining standards in terms of security Models.
- Decommissioning and building Frame ( Control Doman ) and LDoms (VM)
- Organizing and preparing the installation of system updates

-Installation/Configuration/Patching Sun Solaris 8,10 on first line of Production,COB,UAT/Test,Development,Lab and DMZ and Firewall Servers
- Building Servers
- Managing and supporting issues with the OS (operating system).
- Managing OS updates as and when requested by Engineering or through the vulnerability remediation process.
- Monitoring the OS, patch levels, services of all Servers ensuring they are of the required standard, and are available at all times.
- Maintaining standards in terms of security Models.
- Perform appropriate Daily Checks of all Servers; this includes ensuring availability, ensuring all services are running correctly. In short ensuring all Production servers are available and delivering their assigned function.
- Maintaining availability of DR servers (Continuity of Business) and data.
- Monitoring Disk Space and Usage.
- Performing file restores.
- Monitoring all incident & request ticketing systems daily.
- Performing data migrations when required.
- Providing full support for the Business Technology groups and the maintenance, upgrade and consolidation of their applications.
- Responsible for EMEA Kerberos – LDAP naming service
- Provide Unix and Frame management support for SUN Solaris

- Installation / Configuration/Patching Solaris 10, Linux, Windows 2003 and software like SRS or CRM(vTiger open CRM)

terminales SR), rents by customers
