 Dealing with any complaints
 Ensuring that technicians day is fully booked - arranging for appointments
 Preparing monthly efficiency reports
 Responsible for preparing wages
 Invoicing for completed works
 "Complete completion" - reporting back to clients with recommendations for further works
 Interviewing new recruits
 Helping with training
 Responsible for fleet maintenance - booking service, repairs and MOT's
