Selected projects:
- Implementation of TIA-based sale support solution for big insurance company.
- Optimization of business processes in a bank operating in Poland. The project scope covered analysis of processes in areas of bancassurance, documents management, after sale service in call center and branch. The recommendations and business case for process improvements were defined. The Activity Based Costing concepts were applied.
- Development of the conception of BPMS-class claims management system for an insurance company operating in Poland. The architecture of the solution was based on TIA, jBPM and Alfresco.
- Implementation of a solution for the clients’ data management (with regard to the Master Data Management concepts) for a big polish insurance company
- Business strategy definition for a major polish transport company
- Pre-implementation analysis of FLEXCUBE – verification of the compliance of the system with regard to a big polish corporate bank’s requirements

Selected projects:
- Implementation of IT solution supporting core business processes in public institution. I was responsible for processes modeling, requirements specification, data modeling. The following tools were applied: TOGAF, SOA, BPMN, UML, Oracle.
- Implementation of IT solution supporting the capital requirement calculation for a major corporate bank in Poland. I was responsible for the specification and documentation of the system, including ETL processes. The following tools were applied: Data warehousing, ETL, SQL.

Selected projects:
- Business processes reengineering and selection of IT solution for a major leasing company operating in Poland. I was responsible for definition of target business processes and gathering high-level functional requirements for specific modules of the target IT architecture, including reporting and BI modules.
- IT solution development for a pension fund in Romania. I was responsible for the functional specification of selected modules supporting core operations of the fund and participated in the design of selected external and internal reports. The following tools were applied: SOA, UML, Data warehousing, MS SQL Server.
- Fund accounting software selection for a pension fund in Romania. I was responsible for specification of functional requirements with regard to the client’s needs and legal regulations.
- Definition of internal procedures/processes for Assets Management Department of a pension fund in Romania.
- Elaboration of 3-year business strategy of a major transport company operating in Poland.
- Internal activities concerning business development (proposals preparation), marketing (conferences) and HR.

I participated in a project concerning modeling of chemical properties of molecules using quantum chemistry tools. I was responsible for implementation of algorithms, performing the computation and analysis of the output data.
