Define the business / segment plan and value propositions with NECSE Marketing
Validate product requirements and launch plans for the respective segments
Contribute to the definition of the commercial strategy for the Online and Leisure Travel Agency segment in strong interaction with Regional GMs and central teams
Contribute to the definition and implementation commercial goals and guidelines in close collaboration with Regional GMs and NECSE Commercial Team

Provide solution sales expertise for advanced solutions during the pre-sales process and through to transition to an implementation project team, including:
The solution offering (from both a functional and technical perspective)
The solution migration approach and phasing
The solution implementation schedule, cost and commercial package
Organize the consulting missions with customers, drive the solutions workshops and build the relevant services and solutions proposal
Support IT sales and Account Managers in the promotion and sales of advanced solutions and services through to contract signature and handover to implementation project team
Assess customer needs, perform pre-sales consultancy and prepare customised proposals and RFP responses
Plan and manage activities of bid projects
Set up project plans/timelines as appropriate
Identify resource requirements and obtain resource commitment from within the required units
Coordinate all activities in order to deliver components to the agreed timeline
Manage, track and report upon project activities
Oversee and quality assure the components of bid projects
Coordinate, plan and manage customer meetings or customer visits during a bid process
Produce and deliver presentations at all levels of prospective customer organisations
Oversee, coordinate and manage the investigation and analysis during the sales process
Coordinate the production of accurate project sizings/costing and timelines
Participate in contract negotiations and produce customised contract schedules
