-Investigation and resolving complex queries (received via email or phone) and feedback to initiator in timely fashion
-Cooperation with other departments (Corporate Actions, Settlements, Stock Reconciliation, Income
-Taking part in team projects (enhancements and improvements to current processes by testing, actively monitoring and cooperating with support teams)
-Cooperation with external Vendors (Bloomberg, Extel, Telekurs, etc.) on improving coverage and quality of indicative and pricing data maintained in Custody systems

-Professional training in Database Maintenance Unit, Citigroup Dublin
-Process of migration for Database Maintenance Unit from Dublin to Warsaw

-Formal and legal verification of Client’s documents prepared for opening a bank account
-Cooperation with Client’s Advisors, Legal Department and other Bank Departments
-Making daily control reports from team activities
-Preparing and analysing aplications for increasing daily transaction limits
-Taking part in the project of conversion from Flexcube System into Systematics
