• Managing a group of 65 IT Agents from 1st Line IT support
• Assuring SLA fulfillment
• Periodic reporting of KPI towards all stakeholders

• Seeking of improvement possibilities (increase of service quality, decreasing call duration)
• Recruitment of new Agents
• Resource planning (Rota planning)
• Close cooperation with other Team Managers towards optimizing resources across various teams working for the same customer
• Handling day-to-day issues having impact on the quality of provided service

• Coordinating the process harmonization for rule based controlling activities and preparation for their further transition to Infosys.
• Taking part in workshops organized together with Philips, Infosys and Ernst & Young representatives to define and document the best practices in controlling environment of Philips organization
• Preparation of transition plan.
• Resource planning within Infosys BPO to safeguard the allocation and training of employees for transition (hiring employees, preparation of tanning plan, validation of existing & preparation of new tanning modules, assuring the availability of employees for planned transitions)

• Leading & participating in various projects related to SOX and Internal Control (audit, SOX/ICS documentation, support, etc.),
• Providing on line support in terms of internal control
Administration and maintenance of Internal Control Database

• Help set up the ICS/SOx landscape for the global SBS Finance environment.
• Create a control framework for the Front Offices and implement this framework in the ICS-tool.
• Drive process and harmonization changes and get people involved to embed the Internal Control requirements.
• Find (new) ways of working with regard to outsourced (Infosys) services
• Perform site visits to monitor the organizational concerns and report the audit findings
• Educate SBS Managers on SOx/ICS
• Take care that staff has the competencies and skills to support current and future needs on SOx/ICS
• Coordination of ICS SLA Tool implementation.
